Initial deposit is IDR 1,500,000 / night

If the guests is really not comfortable leaving a deposit than hotel will ensure that for each/single transaction payment is made as soon as the service is consumed. But we would not encourage this option as this will not enhance guest stay experience in a resort like ours where there are so many options/services to avail within our resort.

We are pleased to inform you that we will hold IDR 1,000,000 by cash or credit card for minimum 2 nights stay and IDR 500,000 for 1 night stay as a guarantee deposit

And if the guest is not comportable for leaving a deposit, our reception will ask for their credit card and scan it as the guarantee.

For incidental charge guarantee usually be required to get IDR 1.000.000/ day by cash or credit card. This is for guarantee as they may consumed others spending during stay or incase there are any late charge for example late charged or outstanding from outlets (if any) or broken equipment or missing equipment in the room that need to be charged.. etc.

And for the other option for cash basis at the outlet without any guarantee deposit upon check in, only can be approved by manager consider from where the booking came from or if from travel agent, the agent can guarantee for this guest.

And if the guest is not comportable for leaving a deposit, our reception will ask for their credit card and scan it as the guarantee.

If the guest is not comportable for leaving a deposit, they can settle all the transaction once receiving the services (meal/drink/laundry) but if there is an issue latter, Pegasus Indonesia will be responsible for those incidental charges.
