• Renovation works on Water Bungalow with Pool continue within a fenced-off area. According to the resort, no significant impact on guests' stays is expected, and all other services remain operational as usual.
• Beach Bungalows and Superior Beach Villas partially resumed operations in August 2026.
• Water Villas with Pool located on the reef side became available again from 1 October 2026.
• Access to certain sections of the house reef remains restricted during the works. Until these restrictions are lifted, the resort offers complimentary one-hour snorkelling excursions twice daily to either Rasdhoo or Madivaru Finolhu reef, depending on weather conditions.
