To visit Vietnam, you must obtain one of the following documents::
Visa invitation >>
- Visa invitations issued 5 business days before the tour start - $10 per person.
- Visa invitations issued 1-4 business days before the tour start - upon request.
✔️ To obtain an invitation letter, you must attach the following documents to your personal account:
- A scanned copy of your passport (valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure from the country; passports with EGOV/Kaspi Bank IDs are not accepted).
✔️ Upon arrival, tourists will need the following documents:
- A printed invitation.
- Fill out the form ➡️ download the questionnaire
- Two 4x6 photos (one photo should be pasted onto the application form; the second photo will be taken by an immigration officer) ➡️ sample photo
The visa fee of $25 is also paid there.

The visa must be printed and attached to the package of documents required for travel.
Visa-free travel to Phu Quoc >>
The visa-free regime for tourists arriving on direct charter flights to Phu Quoc has the following features:
• A 30-day visa-free stay in Phu Quoc is granted to all tourists from any country, with the exception of those on the blacklist.
• Citizens of CIS countries require a visa when visiting cities in Vietnam other than Phu Quoc.
• Citizens of CIS countries also require a visa for tourists arriving on charter flights to Nha Trang and then flying to Phu Quoc.
Please note that all tourists without a passport or citizenship (stateless individuals) are prohibited from entering Vietnam, including Phu Quoc. Upon arrival, the immigration authorities require a valid passport and visa in order to issue an entry stamp.

The tour operator is not responsible for the issuance of e-visas and invitation letters, as the final decision on issuance rests with the Vietnamese Immigration Service. In the event of a visa/invitation refusal or late issuance of documents, cancellation is possible according to the terms specified in the contract. If documents are not issued in time for departure, an urgent visa can be issued (up to one day before departure). This service is subject to an additional fee.
