Regarding deposit for other expenses to help your customer to use our facilities such as Restaurant, Spa etc without hard cash at our outlets. So your customer only sign the bill and pay before check out. 

However if your company can guaranty us for all other expenses will be pay upon check out by guaranty letters, we can allow your guest without deposit in advance. What we need only letter or email from you that your company will guaranty that your guest will pay all extra bill upon check out.

No Deposit Cash

The incidental deposit is required $100 net or Rp1.000.000 for the whole stay in the hotel. Guest can pay deposit by cash/credit card.

For incidental deposit, usually the front desk will be asked the deposit based on the guest’s the period of stay. 

The range of deposit  will be at IDR 500.000 – IDR 1.000.000. And if the guest refuse to put the deposit, so we will do no post for all outlet, and the guest should pay directly to each outlet if they would like to consume in our hotel.

Please be informed that our villa policy for guarantee deposit payment is at IDR 800.000/night, which is meant if the guest is staying for 10 nights, the guarantee deposit will be at IDR 8.000.000 in total, and the total deposit will be charged upon arrival/check in time.

However, if the guest is not comfortable to charge the deposit, then bill payment will be in daily cash basis, which is  meant that if any consumption in our villa/restaurant, they will pay by cash upon the food/beverage and the bill come.

For incidental charges, we usually ask for a deposit of IDR 1,000,000net per night.

However, we are flexible should they guest is staying for more than 2 nights stay.

Example: guest staying for 7 nights, we will ask for a deposit of minimal IDR 4,000,000net. 
Our Front Office team will monitor the guest’s consumption during the stay – to see if guest needs to top up the deposit. 

Additionally, yes, it is possible not to leave any deposit upon check in.

However, any consumption needs to be paid by cash/credit card at the outlets. 

All guests who staying with us is require to put deposit either with cash or credit card with amount per night is Rp. 1,000,000.

Related to security deposit during stay, it would USD 50 net or IDR 500.000 net per room per night, This applied to all guest including Long Stay Guest

The above amount would be calculated by the length of stay of client, however we will have a flexible approach to this policy to ensure guest positive experience in staying with Inaya.

Our operational team, will notify the guest if the consumptions during guest in-house exceed the deposit given.

However if clients don’t agree to certain amount of deposit, we can extend special case of a No-Deposit Condition and every consumption will be paid on site during the delivery of any service by cash / credit.

And this need to communicate with us in advance, but once again we will apply our deposit policy first  as our standard procedure to every guest.

If the guests is really not comfortable leaving a deposit than hotel will ensure that for each/single transaction payment is made as soon as the service is consumed. But we would not encourage this option as this will not enhance guest stay experience in a resort like ours where there are so many options/services to avail within our resort.

 We are pleased to inform you that we will hold IDR 1,000,000 by cash or credit card for minimum 2 nights stay and IDR 500,000 for 1 night stay as a guarantee deposit

And if the guest is not comportable for leaving a deposit, our reception will ask for their credit card and scan it as the guarantee.

 For incidental charge guarantee usually  we required to get IDR 1.000.000/ day by cash or credit card. This is for guarantee as they may consumed others spending during stay or incase there are any late charge for example late charged or outstanding from outlets (if any) or broken equipment or missing equipment in the room that need to be charged.. etc.

And for the other option for cash basis at the outlet without any guarantee deposit upon check in, only can be approved by manager consider from where the booking came from or if from travel agent, the agent can guarantee for this guest.
