MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS TO DOCUMENTS
PASSPORT (sample passport)
Colour copy of the main page of the passport (file signed with the applicant's full name)
The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of intended entry into Singapore
Free space for visa stamps
PHOTOGRAPH, photo size: 3.5x4.5 (sample photo)
Colour photo (in electronic form, contrast, brightness, clear lines)
Exclusively on a white background (no shadows, ‘white paper’ background)
JPEG format (from a photo studio, file signed with the applicant's full name)
Girls and women in the photo must have their ears visible and wear light makeup
The photo must have been taken no more than 3 months prior to submitting the visa application

- Scanned photographs are not accepted.
- Poor photo quality will result in guaranteed visa refusal.
- The photo is not affixed to the Singapore visa, but remains in the Immigration Department's system for visual comparison at the border crossing.
❗️ All document files (photographs, passports, application forms, tickets, etc.) must be signed in Latin with the last name and first name.
VISA-FREE TRANSIT THROUGH SINGAPORE
Visa-free transit through Singapore: Citizens of Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan have the right to transit through Singapore for 96 hours without a visa if they are traveling to a third country.
❗️ IMPORTANT! Please note that the decision to board a flight without a full e-visa is made by each country and airline independently. Based on this, the Ministry of Immigration strongly recommends applying for a visa to Singapore in any case and for any number of days spent in the country.
Requirements for visa-free transit:
✓ The passenger is departing to a third country, i.e., the country from which the passenger arrived is different from the country of departure.
✓ The passport must be valid for at least 6 months upon entry into Singapore.
✓ A purchased air ticket to the third country is available.
✓ A visa to the third country is available (if required).
✓ Sufficient funds are available for the duration of stay in Singapore.
✓ The passenger leaves Singapore within 96 hours of arrival in the country.
✓ A completed Singapore Immigration Card is available.
Please note!
• Arrival in Singapore must be on national airline flights.
• Passengers flying on low-cost airlines (e.g. Air Asia, Malindo, Scoot, etc.) may not be checked in for the flight without a Singapore visa.
VISA REFUSAL AND APPEAL
In case of visa refusal:
• It is recommended to file an appeal if the tourist had no reasons for refusal
• The appeal takes 2-3 weeks
• It is necessary to prepare additional documents, if any

Reasons for visa refusal:
• Poor quality photograph
• Fake hotel booking
• There was a previous visa refusal, but the tourist did not report it
• Previous violation of the visa regime during a stay in Singapore
• Frequent visits to the country within a short period of time
• Violation of the visa regime in other countries
* If you have ever been denied a visa, this is not a reason to be upset, you can always file an appeal, and if there are no reasons for refusal, you have every chance of getting it after the appeal.
