Deposits & ExtrasNew rules for REFUNDABLE deposits have been approved in Thai hotels of the Centara Hotels & Resorts chain from December 1, 2024:
ᐈ Centara Reserve (5*Deluxe) 3000 THB per night per room
ᐈ Centara Grand (5* hotels) - 2000 Baht per night per room
ᐈ Centara (4* hotels) - 1500 THB per night per room
ᐈ Centara Boutique Collection and Centara Life (3* hotels) - 1000 THB per night per room
IMPORTANT : Hotels accept deposits ONLY in Thai Baht, unused funds are refunded in Thai Baht.

The deposit can (and should!) be spent on hotel expenses (bars, restaurants and spa services).
How to use the deposit profitably? Invest it partially or in full in the Baht Booster program: choose a package for hotel expenses upon check-in and receive up to 50% of the amount as a GIFT, this money can be used for hotel expenses.
Conditions of participation in the Baht Booster program:
- The package can be purchased and registered at the reception.
- The package can be used after check-in at the hotel. Please check the list of places and opening hours where the package can be used.
- Inform the restaurant staff that you will be using the package to ensure that it is available there. There may be restrictions on the use of the package during peak periods.
- State your room number before payment.
- The package cannot be used during other SPOs from the hotel, such as Happy Hours or The maximum number of people on the check when using the package is 10 at participating locations.
- The package is valid only for your current stay at the hotel, the validity period cannot be extended.
- To activate the package, a full deposit is required, it is non-refundable.
- The package is not transferable.
- The package can only be used at the hotel where it was purchased and only during the current stay.
- Add the package to your account at the reception to use it to close accounts.
- A confirmation will be sent to your email after the payment process is completed.
