The original passport is required for the programs. When booking any tour, you must send a photo of the first page of your passport to register passing through checkpoints.
Participation in sea excursions is strictly prohibited for those with back injuries, heart failure and other contraindications as recommended by a doctor, as well as for elderly people over 70 years of age.
The Cable Car excursion is not allowed for elderly people over 60 years old and children under 4 years old, as well as those weighing more than 130 kg, with heart failure and other contraindications according to the doctor's recommendation.
The company reserves the right to replace some components of the excursion or adjust the order of visiting sites due to weather or other conditions while maintaining the overall fullness.
Rain is not a reason for cancellation of excursions (both land and sea) or refund of money.
A tourist in a state of alcoholic intoxication is not allowed on the excursion or may be removed from the program. Claims in such a case are not accepted, and the cost of the tour is not refunded.
Please sign up for excursions in advance, do not be late for them, you must have a ticket for the excursion with you.
The departure time for the excursion indicated by the guide at the information meeting is preliminary and may change. The exact time will be communicated to you the day before the tour.
The duration of excursions is approximate (+/- 2 hours depending on the distance of the hotel from the starting point of the excursion, traffic and congestion at the stops).
In case of cancellation of excursions the cost of the tour is not refundable.
In case of changes or cancellation of excursions with air travel at the initiative of the tourist, as well as in case of refusal to open a visa, the cost of the tour is not refunded.
If a medical certificate is available, refunds will be considered on an individual basis.
If a tourist has received a discount on an excursion, when canceling this program, the amount of the discount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
