Check-in time is 14:30, check-out time is 11:30.
Guests arriving at the hotel before 07:00 in the morning and wishing to use the hotel services (check-in to the room, restaurant and bar) can use the paid early check-in service. If guests do not want to pay extra for early check-in, they can wait in the hotel lobby until 07:00 in the morning.
Guests arriving at the hotel after 07:00 in the morning can use all hotel services (except alcoholic beverages) and the hotel territory free of charge until their rooms are being prepared.
On the day of check-out, guests put on yellow bracelets and guests can use all hotel services (except alcoholic beverages) and have dinner free of charge until 19:30 in the evening, but after 19:30 in the evening an additional fee will be charged for dinner.
