Access to documents is provided only upon full payment of the application.
We remind you that according to the terms of the agreement:
*During school holidays, New Year holidays and Nauryz, payment for applications is made in 100% within 3 days after confirmation of the application.

The invoice is automatically created in the agent's personal account at the time of application confirmation.
Payment terms: day of invoice issuance and the next banking day
The current invoice must be uploaded on the day of payment from the agent's personal account if more than 2 days have passed since the application was confirmed, or changes were made to the original composition of the tour package, which led to a change in the cost of the tour or the payment was overdue.
All types of payments are made in national currency.
The invoice is available for downloading in your personal account, during business hours from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 and 18:00.
The invoice amount is formed based on the cost of the ordered services in the tour currency and is recalculated at the rate indicated on the tour operator's website https://kompastour.com/ge/eng/agentam/currency_arhiv/
The cost of the tour is fixed in the currency.
Payment for GDS tours, Dynamic tours must be made in the amount of 100% after confirmation of the booking (within one business day, but not later than the time limit for issuing air tickets)
Payment for accommodation only must be made as follows: an advance payment of at least 30% must be received on the bank account within 2 days from the date of confirmation (the day of issue and the next banking day). The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 15 days before departure. Payment terms are also specified in your personal account in the application.

Offsetting of unused funds from application to application
Mutual settlements of funds are made on the basis of an official request, drawn up on a company letterhead according to the sample, with the signature of the manager and a seal (if any).
Offsets for individuals: not made, only a refund of funds to the payer's personal card is possible.
Terms for offsetting funds: from 1 to 3 days after receiving the original letter at the operator's office

For legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, refunds of funds are made on the basis of an official request, drawn up on a company letterhead according to the sample, with the signature of the manager and a seal (if any). Refunds are possible only to the current account of the payer who made the payment.
Refund for individuals is possible upon presentation of the following documents: a copy of the identity card of a citizen of Azerbaijan (both sides), a copy of the identification code, a copy of the payment receipt, the original application for a refund, drawn up according to the sample, a copy of the contract for tourist services. All copies of documents must be certified by the owner (signature, the phrase "copy is true", date).
Terms for refund of funds: from 7 to 14 working days after receiving the original letter at the operator's office
In the event of non-standard situations, a refund may be considered within a longer period in accordance with the terms of the agency agreement.
