"High season" (holidays), Dynamic tours, MICE, GDS tours for which a sum of 100% of the cost of the Tour is retained regardless of the date of cancellation:

• New Year period from December 25 to January 5
• Nauryz from March 18 to March 28
• Christmas from December 20 to December 25 and from January 5 to January 12
• Chinese New Year (No fixed dates)
• Ramadan (not fixed dates)
• Easter (not fixed dates)
• May holidays (not fixed dates)
• School holiday periods (not fixed dates)
• Early Booking Promotion
• MICE (group tours, corporate trips, bookings of more than 5 rooms)
• Dynamic tours or "DYNAMIC", GDS tours.
• Hotels with special payment conditions.
